✓ REQUIRETLS Issue Resolved
We had a bug earlier deployed for ~15 minutes causing rejections to occur. This has never happened, and was the result of an edge case with us adding support for an RFC protocol for REQUIRETLS EHLO capability. The bug unfortunately passed our tests, but we caught it quickly. The one line of code causing this issue to be fixed has been patched, and all outbound SMTP messages have been re-queued for delivery. We sincerely apologize for this unexpected issue. Thank you 🙏

We will be migrating our database this evening during non-peak hours, likely around 11 PM ET. Expected downtime is 5-10 minutes. This should drastically improve system-wide performance as we are migrating from Digital Ocean Managed DB for MongoDB to baremetal NVMe SSD AMD Ryzen (fine-tuned via numactl) servers in Denver, CO. All of our other servers are primarily in Denver, CO region now, so latency will be drastically reduced as there is no extra hop after this. 🚀
