→ scroll down to Step 2

Add these records to yourdomain.com: and click Verify

@	MX	`10`	`mx2.forwardemail.net`
@	TXT	None	`forward-email=user@gmail.com`

Need a TTL value? Make it as close to 3600 (60 minutes) as possible.
